As Chief Revenue Officer, Mazzacano led UPROXX Studio's relaunch for a new generation of music fans and brand partners. He reimagined their go-to-market strategy, restructured the sales organization, and drove meaningful growth by aligning creative, media, and innovation. Partnering closely with Warner Music Group to leverage their artist's massive YouTube inventory, UPROXX Studios produced groundbreaking work that bridged culture and commerce.

During his tenure at Complex Networks, Mazzacano spearheaded revenue growth initiatives, substantially increasing partnerships and collaborations with top-tier brands and agencies across media, social, custom, and events. Notably, Mazzacano played a key role in driving success at ComplexCon as well as breaking the $100MM mark in ad revenue - leading to the acquisition by Buzzfeed Inc.

As the Executive Director at Condé Nast, Mazzacano led the Branded Content division, overseeing a talented team of strategists and creative directors. His role involved developing and executing innovative content strategies for a diverse portfolio of brands including Vogue, GQ, Wired and Architectural Digest, to name a few. Mazzacano focused on non-endemic categories like Auto, CPG and tech.
